1. I have the right to deny a commission.
2. No NSFW or nudity, spreading hate towards any group. Mild and medium gore is allowed.
3. I can draw almost any species, particularly canines, but humans and other animals are also on the list. I avoid mecha and cityscapes, though it's up for discussion.
4. I can work with pet or people photos, as long as they're clear and provide enough information. I reserve the right to ask for more reference if I feel like I need it.
5. Half of the payment is to be made before I start working on the commission. The rest is to be sent after it's been finished, but before receiving the full resolution, unwatermarked piece; unless discussed otherwise.
6. Payments via PayPal only (will consider things like Ko-Fi)
7. Files aquired through my commissions are not to be made profit from, unless discussed otherwise.
8. Please credit me if you're sharing the image/video somewhere where crediting is possible (for example on ToyHouse or of said place provides a description space of sorts).
9. I reserve the right to use the image for advertising purposes and for posting on social media. You will be credited for the characters wherever possible.
10. Up to 2 major changes (pose, background element, adding a character or a background (with additional price of course)) can be made at a reasonable stage during the process. For example, you wouldn't ask for a pose change after the whole character has been painted, but you can do that at the sketch stage.
11. I send over regular WIPs, usually at the end of the sketch/line/colour/paint stages. Please make sure everything is on track whenever I send a WIP and inform me of any issues ASAP.
12. Any number of small changes can be made at a reasonable stage during the process.
13. Make sure to check if the character looks accurate. Any mistakes that I have made despite a proper reference being provided can be made in any amount. Please make sure to check that regularly though and bring it up reasonably early.
